Jiahui Gao is a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science (SAAS) at the University of Hong Kong (HKU), supervised by Stephen M.S. Lee and Lingpeng Kong. During the first year of his Ph.D. studies and his Master’s studies at HKU, he was fortunate to be supervised by Yu Leung Ho Philip.
His current research interest is in Natural Language Processing, including Pre-trained Language Modeling (PLM), Automatic Machine Learning (AutoML), and Multi-Modal (vision-language) learning.
