In general, I think the experience of good research is replicable. Although I haven’t created impactful publications yet, I believe good research can be achieved by combining a good problem, a simple and beautiful solution, and convincing results.

  1. What is a good question? Questions are highly defined by goals or pure curiosity. I personally prefer goal-driven research. By targeting a goal or mission, the milestones along the path become good questions to solve.
  2. What are good solutions? They should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.
  3. What are convincing results? They show people that they can use the proposed technology with few worries.
